CBachelor17MemberDB is supposed to start Backload Pre-Training, if your doing SA just have a larger PWO Shake, and a single BL meal.

No no. A PRE-workout before. The "Ignition" formula. Creatine, caffeine, small amount of whey, and MCT.

CBachelor17MemberA post workout before? The book states that the only real change for SA is the meal window because you dont have as much time to get carbs in. The solution for DB is start carbs PRE Workout. SA Just have a bigger POST Workout (PWO) Shake, and a single carb meal.
