Hello everyoneJust got back from the local gym...here we goWeighed in at 214lbs with overall 21.5% body fat. I've never watched closely what I eat but will from now on. Not sure yet what and when I will eat because I have 2 days morning(9-10am) and 2 days night workout(4-5pm).still gonna play around and figure out timing and contents of my food intake. Read the book twice and will read it ten more times if necessary to assist me with my goals. Looking to end up somewhere around 13% body fat or less without worrying what I weigh in at. I'll keep you posted on my diet and progress. 8)
