Hey everyone!
This forum is kind of hard to navigate, and I’d love to talk to other people doing the diet. There is no real centralized place to chat CN or CBL or “health” as taught by Kiefer. I’d like to start a Discord (its a media app, like Facebook but more private than ZuckerBurg would ever consider) to discuss and hear other people’s experience who won’t try to convert me to Keto or Carnivore (these are the closest groups out there and they hurt reading). Let me know if anyone is interested, and I can start one up.
