    Thought throw up a post for movements people may like to try:-1) 1 arm dumb bell press with a heavy bell. Other hand mustn't hold to anything. Say hi to your abs for me

    Try the… “cranes”? That is how we call it in polish. This is basically IMO best exercise for hamstrings. Just kneel, lock your ankles against something and lean down to the ground trying to keep your butt, knees and back in one line.I can't find this on youtube done properly, so maybe it has a different name Oh found it!http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XGQ7NFG0x3oHowever, I don't know why I can't find people doing this without using hands at the bottom of movement. I can do hands-free ~7-10 reps.Njoy!
