GNC 100% Whey

    Hey guys,I've been taking GNC 100% whey. Is this product ok for PWO for CNS? IDK if it is helping or hurting my ULC days.     It should be fine, just make sure you count those carbs into your daily total. However, next time you're looking to purchase some Whey, I would take my time to do some research and find a protein powder with less carbs.

    Thanks for the response. I Log it first and I work my meals around it. Still around 10-15 carbs a day.Do I need to add anything to it?

    It's not bad but GNC is normally over priced and can find better protein and deals else where.
