Bought GNC protein isolate, and after I got home noticed it had Acesulfame K in it!!!!! Will adding 10g of this to my morning coffee be detrimental due to the insulin spiking properties while on SA CBL?

Ouch.  Well first of all, keep in mind that you don't need the WPI if you're doing SA.What I would do is buy another WPI (checking the label more carefully this time -- and I empathize as I just bought a canister not noticing it was sweetened with cane juice!!!), and then only use the ace-K WPI for post-workout shakes.

If you're looking for whey isolate at GNC just get Isopure. They are buy 1 get 1 50% off til February 23. Buy during Gold Card Week and save 20%. The reason I say this is that GNC is everywhere and if you need it fast, that's the place to go. If you have the time to wait then order online.

Get rid of that stuff, just take it back.  The taste is terrible for a product that isnt great.  I will say that GNC is really good with returns and such.
