HIIT – 5/3/1 split days

    I’m sure there is a thread on this somewhere but…

    Two days a week I split my HIIT and weights because of schedule –

    when I do, it looks like this:

    Coffee with mct/coconut milk – HIIT sprints 8am or 9am – AM accelerator drink after

    ~ +3 hours later lunch then 4-4:30 5/3/1 weights following the pwo/backload, etc. as described in the book.

    I’m feeling pretty good with this, but…What do other folks do with this split in terms of post/pre- morning HIIT pwo?

    Nothing pre HIIT, and a normal whey shake after it depending on what I did.
