Hydro question… a dumb one.

    Dumb question:  Is “hydrolyzed whey” the same thing as whey hydrolysate?  example, allflex isoflex whey.Thanks and good day to you sir.

    Depends on what else in the ingredient list as well but I do not think its the same?

    i think it's isolate but the micronized fast absorbing stuff had me second guessing it.  thanks

    I'm pretty sure hydrolyzed whey and hydrolysates are one and the same.  Big Tex is right, though, that you should definitely check the ingredient list on any brand.

    They are. The more information you can get from the ingredient list, the better - especially as there are differing degrees of hydrolysis.
