Hey guys,I really messed my lower back up doing deadlifts  :'( and can barely walk now so I'll be switching from CBL to Carb Nite. At least I'll be able to lose more body fat now  ;D. I was just wondering you don't have to lift on the actual Carb Nite for it to be effective. Right. Thanks!

Ah geez hope for a speedy recovery and yeah you can run Carb Nite without training. Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk

was your spine too flexed during the lift?  If so, I've seen Mckenzie method exercises significantly help minor disc bulges related to spinal flexion.

Yeah it was pretty bad. I could actually feel my lower back stretch and strain as I was pulling.

Yeah I only train once a week. Sunday, right before my CarbNite and I'm having good results. Get some rest and heal yourself.
