Is shockwave intense enough to get seriously “jacked”. It seems fairly lightweight in terms of length, so should I up the intensity eg. a few more DUP/ Level X every session? It's just hard to believe that results will be achieved without going to failure? My present training is 4 1.5 hour sessions in Chest/Legs/Back/Shoulders split, so this feels like a major step down 🙂 Cheers
intensity is all what you put into it. You may not "need" more from a muscle activation standpoint but if you want to do more than shockwave states nothing is stopping you.
