I appreciate the feedback. I can honestly say that I've enjoyed the diet so far and I'm really not surprised that it hasn't been a faster loss. The timing of when I found this diet couldn't have been better for me as I was in the middle of a two week Atkins induction phase where I was tracking every bite that went into my mouth and keeping below 20 carbs daily. It was easy to go another five days and then have a carb night. I have no problem on fat and protein days and I both enjoy and look forward to my carb night each week. I just want to figure out if I'm doing something wrong. I realize that it's slower losing weight at 6'2" 235 than it was at 310 and keeping muscle is worth going slower but I'd like to figure out if I'm missing something.
