Does anyone have any effective Kettlebell HIIT routines they rotate in instead of running and biking?

http://www.t-nation.com/training/maximal-fat-loss-minimal-equipmentThis is a good one. x15-20 Swings, then rest for remaining minute. Swing again, repeat process for 10-15 minutes.

I have a love/hate with kettlebells.I have a small 35 lb'er that I use to warm up before squats/deadlifts.I basically do 25 swings, 5 single-leg RDL's each, 5 goblet squats for a couple of rounds. Some days I feel frisky and I bang through as fast as possible and it's a burner. Lately though I've been slowing it down and between sets doing some psoas/hip flexor/adductor stretches.

I have a 24kg at home.  I love it! I'll do some warm ups, with a 30lbs kb.  THEN with the 24kg 10 reps per arm, rest 40 seconds, repeat for ten sets.No clue on the science of effectiveness.  Feeling brave, swing to snatch to sqaut with 30lbs, ten per side, rest 40sec and for ten sets.
