Kiefer, you've mentioned several times that CNS needs to be updated. I've also read CBL (but I pulled some muscles and can't lift heavy right now AND I'm 40% BF, so CNS is more appropriate) along with a couple of other Intermittent Fasting courses (Renegade, Eat Stop Eat) and am convinced of its benefit. Is IF one of the changes you feel belong on CNS?

Kiefer has mentioned that some IF style protocols (I think eat stop eat) would work for certain situations, including high body fat situations.

Well, Eat Stop Eat only suggests the fasting once a week, or so.

yeah,he mentioned it as a side note in one of the podcasts.and i think with 40% bf you pretty much qualify for the "THAT large"-group!  😉so just try it and find out if it suits you!
