Honestly, if Kiefer offered not one reference but only " Hey , this worked for a bunch of folks " , I'd still have bought the books !! So anecdotal evidence has more weight for me.
I gotcha.I need some of both.I'd be willing to TRY someone's crazy science-based theoretical, never-been-tested diet if it made sense to me. I wouldn't bank on it though.
