    Hello all!!

    I have been following keifers work for almost 2 years and I’m very interested in it.

    Keifers talks a lot about how to implement the CBL and CN to weight-lifters, but as a martial artist I have tried to implement the ideas and has not worked I need to be explosive and fast sometimes relying on my speed and other times on my power and sometimes I dealt at both.

    When I cut the carbs I become slow and low have no energy the longest I went was 3 weeks and was really suffering I don’t mind that but during the workouts no energy and no speed no power I’m gassed out.

    I used to weigh 144kg went down to 90kh and now I’m 120 and I’m wanting to get into really good shape and keep it help please. Thank you
