Milk in PWO Shake a problem?

    Your still adding fat at that point. Yes only about 3g per 8oz, but still can you really not take your protein shake without adding anything? lol

    Not if your Back loading no. If you Carbnite I would avoid until the CN.

    Yeah I use semi skimmed milk for my hypertrophic shake but I am DB CBL. my reasons are 4 fold:1. More protein, it gives me 15 grams extra protein 2. It supplies the casein which Kiefer suggests for post training shake without having to buy it has a separate supplement. 3.  Additional carbs, as semi skimmed milk is predominantly a carb based substance providing 5g of sugars per 100ml4. It's makes even the worst supps taste a f****** awesome! Personally Mine taste fine mixed with water but milk takes it to a whole new tastier level.
