In one of the podcast I believe Kiefer made a statement that the more muscle mass a person had then the better chance they had at fighting off cancer. Did i not hear this right or am i misunderstanding something? Will someone explain this to me?

If that's the case, I am glad I've been bodybuilding all these years.  Not sure how that works, exactly.  Interesting, though.  Keifer does a LOT of research.I did read a story of a bodybuilder being hit by a f-cking car, head-on collision, and he survived.  A pro-level builder.  According to the report, the doctors said it was his unusually high level of muscle that saved his life!  Kind of like a walking air-bag.  Kid you not.  They told him he'd be dead if it weren't for his muscle mass.Cory
