It will take some time for you to adjust and get it dialed in, heck I am into week 2 and there are days when I am still a little off that 50:50 ratio always attempting to fit the fat in lol. Its about dialing it in and once I do get it I feel more energetic. For me the coffee/coconut oil helps a lot in that department but you have to get out of the mindset that fat is not good it was hard drilled into me to avoid fat so it took more time to adjust. Protein I never have an issue with I love me some protein. But today I am planning on some fattier cuts of beef and indulge in some home made cream sauces.
