So, what’s the latest on this?
If I do HIIT first thing in AM is it still to be fasted (black coffee) only then have the Acccelerator Shake around 30min post HIIT?
Is the Acc Shake ok to have before AM HIIT? There are a lot of respected ppl in the fitness industry that believe AM Fasted HIIT will eat up more muscle than fat..so I’m just trying to spare as much lean tissue as possible and err on the side of overdoing things to keep my muscle..but I need to loose this fat before my contest!
And like I said before should we be having the ACC Shake around 30 min after or should we be taking a Whey Iso/Leucine Mix much sooner like i have also heard recommended. SO MUCH Mystery and differing opinions surround CBL and HIIT!
