GonnaBeGiantMemberThought I would post this for several reasons. A few of them are; to show some of the lurkers on the forums that it is possible to get very lean on CBL, a little beginning of the year motivation, and to brag on an awesome job me and my coach did to get ready for the photo shoot!Anyways approach was CBL, with cycled carbs based on training that day. Cardio was never more than 2-3 times per week based on how I felt. Supplements were your everyday basics. All calories and macros I will not share it of respect for my coach! Which I owe a huge thanks to and can't wait to see where he ends up with all of training and nutrition smarts. Thanks Trevor! Any other questions PM meLots of growing, eating, and resting to come for 2015!

Apparently he added that while I was loading the pics on slow dialup (among other things). Or maybe I missed it. 😛But I just did.
