Protein Shakes?

    Will a predominantly whey isolate shake PWO and just before bed be beneficial?
    PWO I am sure about but what about just before bed? Should I maybe add a fat source or will the insulin spike benefit?
    Any help is appreciated. Thanks
    I am about 15% BF. Looking to hit 10%

    Lower fat cottage cheese seems to be a good choice for something before bed, even some casein might be okay. This depends on whether or not you’re on CNS or CBL though. Shakes are ideally best for PWO only.

    Thanks Tex. I am on CNS for now mainly for inflammatory reasons.
