    My favorite prowler HIIT sessions is prowler suicides.  Load it up with 2 plates, then sprint the following…10 yards low handle10 yards high handles20 yards low handle20 yards high handles30 yards low handle30 yards high handlesJust sprint back and forth with it, puke, repeat.  BRUTAL HIIT session and quick, 3 rounds and I'm done!

    Those with a prowler at home, where do u use it? Up and down ya street?

    You can do that, or in the grass, in the driveway or take it to a park or football field somewhere.Here's a picture of my prowler knockoff in my basement. I have a strip of carpet I push it back and forth on - 12 yards down, 12 yards back.20130102191940.jpg
