I was wondering how should i perform a good PSR Set for example Deadlifts or Squats with a barbell. Adding weight takes some time. So if i do 3 reps for squats put the barbell back in the rack i first have to add some weight for the next set. It would lead to a 30sek pause. Isn't that to much pause? i can't always count on somebody adding the weight for me.

if you get the plates all ready it shouldn't take more than 15 seconds to swap plates and get back to the bar.. i timed myself and can easily do it in 10 seconds although my Lock-Jaw Collars make it go a little faster
