I'm doing the Shockwave Protocol and I'm sort of tinkering around with the layout and what to do. I'm doing the split like this as a 3 day split:Tue: Chest and Bi, CoreThurs: Shoulders and Tris, LegsSat: BackI don't have the CBL book because we're doing CNS, so I don't have access to the bench challenge thread and some others that lay out a good 3 day split so I was winging it. My other question is, I beleive my back is weaker than my chest (poor posture, postpartum body) so I was wondering if you guys think that I should go easier on my chest days or perhaps skip them until I build up my back strength? I don't want to exaggerate the problem, but I don't want to sabotage my workouts either. What do you all think?

I would stick to how you're doing it however if you should increase a body part do so. Just don't over work yourself to out yourself back with CNS.
