I have 2 questions.  First, the shockwave protocol is for CNS and CBL.  However, the number of sets per workout is much less than is prescribed in the Subzero workout (which is prescribed as a CNS workout).  Kiefer released both around the same time, is one better than the other?  Opinions?Second, how long would you recommend following a set routine (Shockwave or Subzero) before changing it up?

Shockwave can be used for both. The reason for the number of sets being less is because you can lift pretty heavy using SW for CBL, now for CNS you can lift heavy but with the lack of carbs and not over-doing it, it's best to get the main lift done, and possibly a few accessory work. You kinda have to work with it t adjust to how you feel while on CNS. Subzero was created for CNS, so that program is good for it, though SW is good for both.
