    Creatine, BCAA, Pre/Post WO Caffeine, Fish oil, MCT, Whey and CaseinAll fine that the measures in the book is for a 200lbs man.... but how much should a girl take?Just half it or take the same or something inbetween?My goal is to build muscles and lean up. Strong is the new skinny 😉

    All reccomendations in the book I would imagine would be fine for women.  There is isn't really any harm in taking more then what you need, except for wasting money.  So until you hear otherwise I would just take the recomended dosages as is.
