Hey,I understand that SWP was designed more for Carbnite weight-loss and I have read that you can modify SWP for CBL DB with the "Heavy Duty" protocols. My issue is that I train alone so Heavy Duty is out for me. What I have done is take SWP and any ELECT sets I just complete 2x of them instead of 1x. Would you believe this modification to be acceptable for CBL DB?

Adding in more ELECT/PSR sets in that one “rep” will work as well as adding more sets after words is great too.For example to make it more understandable.3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3 (more or less)3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3 (more or less)3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3 (more or less)This would also have to be structured to your 1RM on a given movement. There are a couple of ways to go about it, from the app was 33.3%, 50%, 65%, 70%, 77.7%, or you could try 35%, 50%, 65%, 70%, 75%, etc.

I would just add more sets to each exercise.
