    i have a Q about the delta-weight chart. is it something wrong with it or have i missunderstud something.you see, in the prep phase i lost close to 7 lbs, i did some HIT training, 3 times a week and did the prep phase for 10 days. should my baseline be 636 g of carbs if i want to maintin???

    maintain as in not gain any more muscle or shed more fat?
