Guys, I know that may sound like a stupid question but please answer. I lost 6.5 pounds in the prep phase, then picked my carbs number. it is 591 carbs. Could it be too much? I mean is this a starting point and you adjust, or it’s correct in most times?
Unless youre a top 1% elite athlete, you don’t want to be consuming that much. Much better off starting with a relatively modest amount of carbohydrates and going from there. 150g is what I recommend people who dont know their amount.
