Heyjust a quick question;when depleting glycogen from muscles through resistance training or hiit, is it only the glycogen in the trained muscles that is used? like, is glycogen stored in arms used during a leg workout, or how does it work? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yes normally what you use is going to be filled or used. However, Squats (Leg Day) and DLs, translocate more on the full body spectrum. With that being said, you won't have carbs go directly to say your biceps or delts, but your whole body does work with the movement.
