    So, after 8 weeks of training I'm taking my usual week off beginning tomorrow. Just curious if people recommend sticking to CBL or doing something along the lines of a depletion phase for the duration?Cheers.

    Wouldn't sticking to CBL be the same as a depletion phase? Seeing as you don't eat carbs on your non-training days, in most cases 🙂

    Pretty much. Just go ultra low carb for the week. I'd also recommend some HIIT, or at least fasted fasted steady state.

    Good point, thanks. Yeah, I do eat carbs on non training days but usually keep it to just one moderate meal, like a bowl of oats or something.
