What is an ideal weight for?

    BigTex,I'd stick with the 10 days and that way you leave less room for error and run CBL more optimally. As for the weight thing. I'm 5'2" and have weighed 155lbs before (not fat, calipers put me under 10%, although I'm not sure how accurate the tester was). I'd say aim way higher than 160lbs. You could put a lot of muscle on that frame and still be lean at 200lbs or more. It will be a slow process, but you won't get fat over night and can always adjust your macros as you go.Good luck!
