Hi, does anyone know or perhaps could John himself share what Kiefer’s height is?
I’m trying to work out what level of lean mass to target for myself and knowing what’s possible will really help.I remember reading/hearing that kiefer maintains 6 – 7% body fat at 220 lbs.
Knowing his height would really help put that into perspective please.Thanks
He’s ~5’11
I wouldn’t get too caught up in that, though. Keep eating and training and you’ll end up where you’ll end up.
