On the ELECT/PSR sets, I'm basing these off of my 1RM.  Since this program doesn't have you work for a 1RM, how will I know when to redo the math?  When the last set feels easy (the 77.5%)?And on exercises where I don't have a 1RM, I'm just guessing by trying out 1 rep and then doing the math from there, is that right?

Yes, if you can lift the last three PSR reps, and it literally flies off the floor, increase the weights. I'd say add another 5-10lbs respectively towards that lifts. The X lifts you do is that max 1RM within reason, so that could help determine your max.
