My goal is to gain mass. I am 176 with 11% bf. This is were I am confused, I am about to start Mass Made Simple by Dan John which has you traing hard every 3 days, will easier recharge workouts between. So a week will have 2 or 3 hard workouts and 2 easy ones. Should I backload 7 days a week or skip days that I don't lift?
I would take maybe a day off, keeping it low carbs. but then again if your trying to gain mass just DB so every night. i would make the lighter training sessions full body/specific ones. Addressing any weakness you may have.
i´d try backloading after every heavy session pretty aggressively and staying ulc at the other days.this should allow you to get better in the gym,while staying pretty lean!
