I always thought apirins role was to inhibit prostaglandin production outside of the cells, which when mixed with caffein, prolongs the thermogenic effects by sustaining elevated cAMP.... I could be wrong but that is what i was told a while back.

I could be wrong as well, but its what I read a couple weeks ago.  I'm too lazy to google and find you a source  😛

It's all good I found a study supporting the prolonged effects of caffeine. It certainly goes into much more detail on a cellular level but prolonged elevated camp is essentially the result.

So, essentially, this determines that long term usage of caffeine further promotes fat loss and elevated metabolism, correct?

Not quite, we are talking about the effectiveness of aspirin when mixed with caffeine based on a single dosage, the aspirin essentially amplifies caffeines fat burning effects. I don't have much scientific knowledge of the prolonged usage of caffeine, I believe over time it's effects on metabolism deteriorate hence the reason for cycling caffeine.

I don't abuse aspirin or nicotine or anything like that, but what would be a good cycle for caffeine?

The physiological effects don't decrease over time much, the psychological effects do.ECA is effective long after you get used to it and need it to just get out of bed, which kinda sucks when you think about it. I would suggest people only use it in conjunction with some type of crash diet for a short amount of time, as a hail mary of sorts. You'll just feel like a crack fiend in the gym even if you eat nothing but chicken breasts and salad, but the metabolic effects are not worth it if you are doing something like SA.It does increase the thermic effect of food though, so you could just take it with a back-load to further increase wastage.

So yeah after looking into it, the same basically applies to just caffeine as well. The reason for cycling off is because people develop unwanted side effects over time, the effect on metabolism do not diminish much at all. My bad. +1 to thestiffmeister. @shaerow: I think cycling would depend on the individuals sensitivity to stimulants. For example I have a training bud who cycles 3 months of caffeine followed by a month off. Myself I don't really cycle off caffeine ever. Sometimes I tone it back to one cup per day for approx a month at a time due to anxiety issues but I honestly can't remember a time when I didn't have a morning coffee.

OK, just purchased, looking forward to trying it out. I had to take a card to the pharmacy and sign for the Bronkaid, funny how paranoid they are.

    25mg E, 200mg C, Dosing protocol varies for A. X2-3/Day.

+1 usually add an 81mg aspirin tab to each dosage of the dtack

OK, just took my first stack, pretty powerful stuff. Better watch the weight room, feels like I could destroy some weight. But how many times a day do you take the stack or just once a day? And should I take before my workout or morning? I took it this morning to start the day, way more energizing then coffee.

Most of the time it's 3x/day 4 hours apart.I normally only take it 2x/day when I use it just because my sleep goes to shit with a third dose.

Hokay, so this thread totally took off in the right direction after I left.  I purposely starting looking the other way and then…,”How in the hell do we get all the way across the country going the WRONG direction…and then do something like this and you totally redeem yourself!”So yeah, ephedra eh?  You can buy it online.  It's not illegal.  Shhhhhh.

Yea I just bought it at Walgreens with the aspirin and caffeine. I don’t care what they think also you have to sign for the ephedra stating you know the implications.

I find I wake up looking tighter if I take a couple EC doses in the afternoon before weight lifting and back-loading.  I have read that ephedra decreases insulin sensitivity, which is what Kiefer is trying to accomplish with the caffiene in the back load (decreased sensitivity on fat cells while tGlut are translocated from weight lifting.)  I was doing the EC stack last month but had to stop due to extreme irritability and feeling like a crack head.  The last two weeks off of EC, I just felt fat.  The last two days I took it before the backload and woke up looking tighter. hmmmm…..
