    Sooner rather than later. I wouldn't do it every day, but maybe 2-3x a week in place of the other stuff I do. My father has been using the program and likes it.

    I should look through my arsenal to see what I already have... I might have Tapout and haven't "pushed play" on it yet...

    Tapout is ok. Doesn't get my heart rate up as intense as the intervals in insanity which I only do once per week on the morning post carbnite.

    The program doesn't get your HR up? Sounds to me like no effort is being put into it, not saying you're doing that! Just the way it sounds to me

    Tapout XT Muay Thai and the Tapout XT Cardio are great.

    Has anyone done the Insanity program while using carb nite or carb back loading? would it work?

    It would work great, as long as your goal is stripping muscle.  🙂
