I've been doing PHAT for a little over a month or so and implemented CBL about half way through it. I've seen very good hypertrophy gains while maintaining 1RM, hasn't been long enough to notice much else… BF% is staying about the same or very slightly leaner. Still tweaking CBL – went too far a couple times.I've now started a cycle between PHAT w/ CBL one week and reverse pyramid w/ CN for one week. Hoping it'll help me lean down a bit more while increasing that 1RM.
