What do your low carb diet days look like?

    You didn't mention Coconut flour.  I have been using that lately....is it ok?  I mix it with a couple eggs and make a pancake.

    It's "OK", but actually has an appreciable amount of carbs, so you have to be careful.http://graemethomasonline.com/coconut-flour-a-figure-athletes-best-friend/I once made a whole loaf of bread out of coconut flour. Tasted amazing -- like pound cake! -- but when I calculated out the whole recipe, I realized that I could only afford to eat one slice a day, as each would be about 5g of carbs.Those recipes in the link, above, look nice. Gonna post this in the recipes section.

    Ok  I use just two tablespoons with the 3 eggs.  I think it is about 3 useable carbs aftersubtracting out the dietary fiber.  I have been on that link before and would like to try those recipes as well, but I think I would have to figure out how to make just one serving!  A whole batch would be tempting!
