CaseyDMemberParalysis by analysis. Don't get bogged down in exacts. I know you want to make the most of your diet (just like anyone), but if you're hungry 1 hour after your PWO shake, eat – don't starve yourself for another hour. I would any carbs are safe (ie. insulin spiking) as long as they're not whole wheat/grain or whatever. If it's nice and sugary, throw it down your gullet.

I use chocolate Nesquick in my post workout shake; tastes great and is cheap too. Just remember, fat loss is better achieved with Carb Nite than it is Carb Backloading due to the more thorough glycogen depletion.Consistency is key BigTex

Dude I am getting as anxious as any of you.I'm going out now to meet Kiefer at a diner, so I'll have the whole story soon (and/or post a blog post telling you where to put your credit cards).Β πOh -- we did the book drawing, by the way. I'm not sure if I should announce the winners publicly, but they've all been notified. We're not passing out books yet tho...

You and me both man. I'm sure with time, everything will work itself out and you'll really be able to let your body tell you how things are going. For now, I'm just waiting for the book so I can have Kiefer be my brain π

I don't mind...woohoo! Sorry, don't mean to rub it inΒ ;D I would have paid regardless. I'm probably going to get the paperback as well- there's something about flipping pages that makes it more tangible.

Naomi MostMemberCongrats all2prodigal, glad to see a free book go to somebody so active on the forums. πAnd yes we are all STILL WAITING for the book... We want an ISBN (rather than just pushing it through Clickbank) so there's a little bit of a PROCESS, but holy hell, I don't understand the hold-up.It's like using some bank that's just gotten online in the year 2000.Β "No, you can't make a transfer at 6pm, what are you thinking?!"

Awesome! I was also one of the fortunate ones. And like all2prod, will be investing in the tangible version when its out (if you ship intl?). it will be top and centre on my book shelf!

JeradGuestEven though I won't be running it till Jan/Feb next year (haha you guys get to deal with my stupid questions then) I am still anxious for it. I like to read stuff like this through one good time marking pages and such then go over it again and reference it.
