    just leaving the gym unsatisfied, dont want to be destroyed, the one thing i did like was short rest breaks, no stuffing around, but yeah reading through it just seems rushed and the legs days should have something like DLs too much squatting! but hey thats just me im fussy and i like to stick to a program for the long run not jump ship like i am lol

    The leg days do have stiff leg deadlifts.  The program is more designed for bodybuilding rather than strength training, so that is why there is a lack of deadlifts in the program.

    I will eat humble pie, i like leg days there solid, hey did you check out juggernaut? It looks ace! Good volume
