Richard SchmittModeratorThis is from my log and I made today…this was on my to-do list for this thread and for my log. I am still working on the journey I need to fix my body and achieve my Life Long Goal. Well like I mentioned before I was going to post up my journey with both CBL and CNS...trial and errors...I guess I should do a weight check as well with these, bare in mind I'm ballparking it right now. Also that my metabolism and thyroid system was all kinds of messed up, so by trying to figure out what does and what does not work, along with fixing my body so I can get CBL/CNS to work properly. Jan-March I was at least 198lbs, started to drop to 190lbsApril-July I started to go into a trial and error CNS. Meaning I was using a ton of plant fats, not understanding what Gluten Free was or listening to my body. I started to drop weight but very slowly. To at least 188lbsAugust-November time frame is when I ran CBL SA with the Bench Challenge. I drop from 188-185-182lbs.December I was able to hit a solid 176-178lbs weight limit. From the podcast I was honored to be in. Now from Jan 2013 till now I dropped over 10lbs. I began CNS over again with a right mindset of how my body works and the foods. Not perfect but learning. I was around 175lbs now weighed in around 164-165lbs as of yesterday morning.

kutz11MemberWow!!! Awesome! And it's interesting to hear how dialing in on types of Fats (and Gluten-free) and I'm sure other stuff on CNS has made such a big difference.

Richard SchmittModeratorThank you y'all =)BodynSoil, it is the one for Thanksgiving. I believe I found a decent ratio that works best for me and the types of foods as well. Still learning and still have a lot to go before I can get the body and strength I want.

Thank you. I'd call it the belly, titty, and frustration be gone diet. I'm so much happier following this diet over any of the other diets I've ever tried. Next 4 weeks should be fun.

FairyGuestI think the reason Scope lost fat so fast from his belly is because he clearly has NONE on his arms or legs, so his body was forced to take it from there! You guys are probably losing just as much fat, but it's dispersed so less easy to notice the change over a single month.
